Our Construction Process
First we meet with you and discuss your objectives and ideas, while providing professional advice and feedback.
We’ll ask you a lot of questions and capture all of the critical details. This gives us an overall picture of your design requirements, budget, and the best way to approach the project. A quote for the building design will then be issued.
We’ll meet together with our building designer to discuss the project further before design work begins. We’ll work collaboratively with you and the designer to ensure the brief is met and that the project stays within the specified budget. Following this, drafting, and consultation with the engineer and certifier will commence. This will further fine tune the design to meet current building and planning requirements. Final plans, specifications and selections are then confirmed and a formal quote will be submitted to you for the construction.
Contract and Planning
Upon approval of the quote and signing of the contract the construction starts. A schedule of work will be provided to you, and the project is programmed into our online client portal.
Materials can be ordered, and contractors booked in.
Construction begins onsite and you will be able to keep completely up to date with the project online no matter where you are.
Communication with trades, finances, photos, selections and the job schedule are all available at your fingertips.
Two weeks prior to completion we will undertake a handover defect inspection. Any defects will be rectified in time for handover, and the project will be commercially cleaned.
