After spending a lot of time sorting through the available builders on the Sunshine Coast, I eventually found Timit Building. Straight away there was a major difference in their approach, and after our initial consult with Tim Penrose, we knew we were in good hands. Timit Building were more in tune with the things we were concerned about when building our first home – they addressed our concerns and the focus wasn’t on how much revenue they could make which was refreshing. The design process was easy – Timit Building were able to allow us to design our own home and work with our ideas – they were able to guide us with their experience on what can work, which lead to a lot of time saving in the end. As for the time it took to build, we were amazed at their ability to stick to what was promised – any delays due to the weather was made up for quickly, which resulted to the hand over to our home 1 week earlier than scheduled. The quality of work was outstanding – everything had been finished as though it was their own home they were building – not just a cookie cutter job. The team went the extra mile. Would I build with Timit Building if I had my time again? – absolutely I would! It was such a great experience, on time and on budget.
